We have recently done a 1 Million Baht renovation of most of the house. Not because of any damage of the house, out of mere style change. The living room, dining room, hallway, kitchen, tinted windows throughout most of the house (special order, it keeps the house cool, and also your electricity bill low), storage facilities, cabinets, built in bookcases, built in entertainment systems, etc. All of the materials are of the finest, and most expensive quality.

It's not in the center of the city, but very close enough to live life throughout the city. The city of Bangkok has been spreading out, and now with the BTS it's going to make it even easier to get into the city, with the completion of the BTS line over here, the real estate value is sure to increase greatly. Pattankarn has become a new prime location.

Only about a 15-20 min car ride to On Nut.
15-30 Minutes to the center of the city depending on traffic.
